I Want to Know How Much You Weigh
Last year, I weighed around 195 (my height is 5'10) and after running and doing other exercises for 6 months, I managed to drop 30 lbs. It was slow and steady, but it's nice to see 165 on the scale now lol. My goal now is to become more fit, using the President's Challenge Adult Fitness Test http://www.adultfitnesstest.org/ as the main indicator of my progress
