Idealist - Teacher Enfj

My Temperament Report says the following:

"Your temperament is Idealist (NF). Idealists are passionately concerned with personal growth and development, striving to discover who they are and how they can become their best possible self. They also want to help others make their journey and naturally work very well with other people. Idealists are friendly and cooperative and are talented at helping people get along with each other. Idealists believe life is filled with possibilities. They are highly ethical in their actions and hold themselves to a strict standard of personal integrity. They must be true to themselves, and to others. Idealists are the very soul of kindness, particularly in their personal relationships. They cherish a few warm, sensitive friendships and have a special rapport with children. In marriage they strive to find a "soulmate" with whom they can bond emotionally and spiritually, sharing their deepest feelings. There are four types of Idealists: Healers (INFP), Counselors (INFJ), Champions (ENFP) and Teachers (ENFJ).

"Your particular personality type, the Teacher (ENFJ) is rare, making up little more than 5-6 percent of the total population. Teachers have a natural talent for leading others toward learning, whether you're helping to mentor students, direct trainees, or counsel people close to you.

In work and career, your sense of reward comes from seeing how your efforts have resulted in others growth and healing process. Though you are comfortable with leadership, you don't like arbitrary hierarchies. You care deeply about people and often feel that maintaining official role boundaries interferes unnecessarily with both communication and progress. Your attention is naturally drawn to the needs and desires of other people. Once you identify those core issues you often feel driven to address them in some way, to empower others by helping them meet their own needs through self knowledge and mutual understanding.

In love and relationships, because so much of your life is spent in service to others, in love you value the kind of partner who can nurture you and recharge your energy. You tend to be drawn to mates with qualities you feel you lack yourself."
