I'm Sure That Some Are--but Absolutely Not All Or Even Most.OK, to get it out of the way, I am a (male to female) crossdresser. And I most certainly are not gay. Gay implies that a person is ONLY attracted to and ONLY has sex with others of the same sex. That certainly doesn't describe me. Any more than heterosexual (ONLY attracted to and ONLY has sex with others of the opposite sex) does.
I find women extremely attractive and really enjoy sex with them. Men don't attract me at all. But when I crossdress I do like to have sex with men even though I'm still not really attracted to them.
If you have sex (even if only occasionally) with members of the same sex, you are NOT straight even if most of your sex is with members of the opposite sex. And if you have sex (even if only occasionally) with members of the opposite sex, you are NOT gay even if most of your sex is with others of the same sex as yourself.
I have yet to meet a crossdresser that is exclusively gay. I have met a few that claim to be totally straight--and maybe they are. As for me, I have no problem with coming right out and admitting that I am bi-sexual and can enjoy sex with members of either sex.
