* I can be a cold hearted *****
* iam bi polar
*I have have loved one guy  named sean
*I like my sisters friends better than my own because their intresting and smart
* i use sarcasm and jokes to get by
* i can't handle things
*i get angry and hit people when im unsure of things
*i will not answers questions that have feel in it
*i get emoitional and make my self sick(asthma )
*i do not understand feelings and cant controll then eighter

 

this thing died off when i realized it was real ......

    :( i cant understand most of the feelings inside of me. but if you try to put them i to words it helps you own them. even if you don't do it well or as accurately as you should like to, giving them a name usually helps. you cant express yourself unless you have the word with which to do so.



    what i normally do it explain vaguely what i am feeling, to someone or on here, until i finally find what it is i wanted to say at the start. kind of like circling a drain till you finally reach the centre.
