Body Issues

my mother tells me repeatedly that i am too fat, and can never be loved, because i am too inherently unlovable and unattractive. i am a size 12, not obese- and have been told many times i am beautiful and wonderful and lovable. i know it isnt the worst thing anyone has ever been told but it has broken me to the point i dont know if i can ever see myself as beautiful again.

I guess the worst thing that was ever said to me was when I was about 12years old my mother new I was a crossdresser and hated me for it. One day she told me that she was;nt having a *** living in her house and told me to get out. She loved to go out of her way to make me feel bad for being different. Many times we would be at friends and she would make it a point to tell everybody that I dressed in girl clothes. You cant imagine what I had to go through in school. To this day I dont have anything to do with that woman.

And Im sure you are, inside and out, that is so odd for a mother to day...and saying that to anyone sure isnt going to prompt them to get in perhaps better shape even if they have to be honest and like your body image..if you want to change it and feel motivated to do so, it should be because you want that...either good things for you, be the best you can be..its the best revenge of all:)
