Communication Can Be Hard

 I was brought up in a strict christian (jw) home... where its ok to express yourself as long as it doesn't go against anything that you have been taught to accept.

When I was a young boy I used to talk but after learning the hard way a couple o times I stopped... then my mum died. I didn't know my dad as he left 7am and came home late from work so just got into a habit of dealing with stuff myself.

Many things that happen in your life are better out than in as they eat you up... I forget how I found EP but it has been a very freeing experience and have made some great friends as a result.
