I Have A Few1. Yoga or working out in general. It can calm my nerves or give me an outlet to unleash my rage in a constructive torrent of goodness.
2. Mint, the cooling feeling of this herbal essence coursing through my mouth, throat, and nostrils has always soothed me. It is certainly not a cure all, but it always helps to an extent.
3. My mother. The most beautiful person in the world. She is the definition of unconditional love for me. I owe her so much for always being there when I needed someone.
