Babies!

Once when I was really young - probably about 5 or 6 - I remember asking mum how we get babies. She said to me "God puts babies in your tummy". I thought about it for a while and asked "but what if God gives you a baby and you don't want one?" and she replied "He just knows, and he gives you one when you're ready." That wasn't really enough of an answer for me

....until I figured it all out, I used to get scared that God would just give me a baby!!

    haha! lol This reminds of my childhood.My mom used to tell me if I don't eat my food properly ,a MONKEY MAN from the forest would KIDNAP me . lol I was SCARED LIKE HELL lol :P :P

    I think your mother should have been more truthful when you asked. Granted you didnt need all the details at that age but it is a good age to begin instruction truthfully. Fairy tales and being put off till you are older only lead to problems. I hope when you have children you will be a better parent and answer your child honestly when he or she asks a question. Remember, if she is old enough to ask the question, she is old enough for an honest answer.

      maybe I'd say something similar, you're right! But I know back then I was actually terrified of getting pregnant...and I wouldn't want my kids to feel like that!!
