Just the Two of Us, Though You Wouldn't Know It From the Amount of Food Lol

Christmas Eve is roast pork with crackling (my favourite thing lol), roast pumpkin and sweet potato and potatos, yummy rolls, peas, and WAY too much gravy lol.

Then we take the leftovers from Christmas Eve dinner and put them with potato salad, fried chicken, meatballs, coleslaw, fresh bread, those little whole baby beetroot things he loves, maybe some turkey, watermelon, cherries, and trifle for desert on Christmas day for lunch. So yeah, we go a little nuts lol. Or, alternatively, I go a little nuts lol. I just want the Christmas I make for us to be really wonderful and so I might go a tad overboard :S.

Then we re-heat left overs for dinner if we possibly feel hungry by then lol.
