From Time Bandits

 The scene where someone from Monty Python is playing reverse robin hood. 

"I am very, very , very, very sorry" and I forget the rest.

I actually got to use that line at work.  I was working in a computer department of an insurance co. This was years ago and we still stored data on reel to reel tape. We would get requests for a tape. We had to find it and mount it on the machine. I got a request but I could not find the tape. The tape librarian could not find it either. The person continued to put in the request and finally she called. She was upset. I explained that even the librarian could not find it and he usually can find it if it is in the building. Finally I said "I am very, very, very, very sorry but we can not find the tape."
