I'm actually not so sure it's getting better.

Neil Patrick Harris uses a derogatory term on a live show and apologizes on his own...

Then a whole bunch of gay outlets talk about that saying he stirred up trans* activists. The gay people are offended because one of their stars is "under attack" for saying something bad...which HE admitted was bad. So they, the gay commenters go on a rampage talking about how they don't want the "freaks" in their movement, etc.

They sell us under the bridge over and over again whenever doing so is politically expedient.

What do I think? If these are the representatives of the ALLIES, our enemies must REALLY BE HATING US.

The comments on the threads about this have been at a ratio of about 20% positive verses 80% negative....what did we do? How morally superior to us must they feel?

I'm just not sure. Is it 2 steps forward 3 back or 2 forward and 1 back?

I think we do a lot of introspection. After all being trans is not exactly socially acceptable (although it is getting better)
