Fantasy! I think every girl has this fantasy of a knight in shining armour coming to save her, protect her, and cherish her forever. They will live happily ever after in a castle of their own.

I think sometimes Disney and Fairy tale writers set us up for failure and disappointment. Maybe we wouldn't be so depressed about the real world if we didn't have such fantasies to live up to.

Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and the countless others are all at fault. So am I. I read them to my girls as well. I still love the fantasy. I still want to live in a castle and I still long for the day my prince will come. I am a hopeless romantic  resigned to live in a fairy tale world.

    With exception to the castle. I felt like I was in the movie with my first wife before she was taken from me. It may not be able to be like the fairy tale. But many aspects can be so if two hearts work as one. O'well..........just call me wierd I guess.
