I Want to Lose Weight and Get Healthier
Okay peeps not much to share at the moment. Down to 197.
Still eating amazing.
I can't wait till phase one is over cause I'm gonna start eating fruit veggie smoothies. I am super dooper excited! Im also going to start working out again seeing as my manager is suppose to fix my hours today!!!!!!!! Lmao. :)
I mean I catch a small work out now and again but my time is so full right now it's ridiculous. The past 2 mornings it's taken an hour and 15 minutes to wake me up fully.
Yes I'm that sleep deprived!!! Lmao!
I wanna make a small goal to meet by Sunday. Including today I have 6 whole days. I want to drop another 3 to 5 pounds by the end of this phase. I can do it :)
Me and my team mate have come up with a goal weight for the next 2 months. We both want me to reach 179 by mid April. If it takes till mid may hey that's okay to. As you lose weight it starts coming off slower the closer you get to the weight that's good for your body. :)
