Day 12

I'm excited to tell you. I have added the smoothies. They give you energy that caffeine can't compare to. No joke. And you can make ones that fit your taste. The one I had today has mango pineapple strawberry blueberries banana and kiwi in it along with cabbage and baby spinach. That's a 60% fruit and 40% vegetable. Ive read this is for beginners. You really want more greens than fruit. I haven't gotten there yet but I tell you these smoothies are for real the bomb. And as for weighing myself every day, I'm not gonna do that. I'm going to make each Sunday my weigh in day :) I am excited! Btw I'm still doing south beach because going on a all smoothie diet isn't for me. I love to eat to much. :) lmao
