Lose Weight And Tone

I'm 26 5'4 about 142 lbs and want to lose another 20 and tone. I don't have a membership to a gym and have lost my motivation and need as much help from anyone as possible! I would appreciate and tips!

Small steps is the key. This will take time. Fast fixes usually mean the weight comes back quickly. Number one, this is going to sound cliché, but drink more water or use low calorie flavorings to add to the water. Ice cold water is best because your body must use more energy to heat the liquid in your system.

hi im trying to loose 15kg, i just started the 30 day shred program on you tube. i also do zumba on kinect. but you also have to eat healthy. they are both fun and motivating
