Low Carb Diet

I am on a low carb thing and have been for about two weeks. The first three days were harrrrrrd. I had a carb withdrawl thing going on. Tired, grumpy, reallllly sleepy. It was so bad I cried because I wanted some energy from carbs, somewhere, somehow. The next day i was feeling the bliss that comes with a diet when you start getting energy back. My clothes are falling off because i have lost some inches, but the scale still says the same number. I have been on this diet since July 1. Really would like to see some results in the number area, though...
