I am a 16 year old female and i wanna loose weight. Right now i weigh 165 and i don't like it, I'm so self conscious about my stomach. I hate the way i look , its so hard for me to find clothes because i feel that everything i wear i look fat in. Ive tried diets but that don't last long and i've even tried starving myself but i started feeling really mom doesn't really help either she always bringing home sweets,fast food and stuff that aint good for you when wanting to loose weight ,i tried telling her that she shouldn't but hey she a mom she going do what she wants and not listen to me.So what should i do???help!
