I Weigh Too MuchIn jr. high, I looked like Urkel. In high school I was OK, but in college, the poinds just piled on. I have always had pretty good upper body strength and some decent muscle mass, but I am way too thick.
So know I am in the gym 4-5 times a week, for about a 6 weeks now. I've lost about 16 pounds. I still have a lot to go.
update: I've lost about 40 pounds now. Better, but still a lot to go.
