I Weigh Too Much

In jr. high, I looked like Urkel.  In high school I was OK, but in college, the poinds just piled on.  I have always had pretty good upper body strength and some decent muscle mass, but I am way too thick. 

So know I am in the gym 4-5 times a week, for about a 6 weeks now.  I've lost about 16 pounds.  I still have a lot to go.

update: I've lost about 40 pounds now.  Better, but still a lot to go.

Man how many ways are there to cook a potato or lose weight. All these ads make me sick. I say keep up the good work and if you fall off the horse get back on it. Platues are mainly because you have reached the limit of you calorie in take and it is time to lean back on the calories and do more exercise. It is super hard work.
