I would LOVE to lose ALL the weight! There is WAY to much on me! I have always had a problem with it! I can lose 50 lbs then I will gain 100 back! In 3 months I lost 60 lbs! I felt SO good about myself but that was over a year ago now! I have gained about 15 of it back! I want to lose over 100 lbs! I don't have the strength to do it tho! My parents don't think I can do it! I don't think I will either! I have always been the fat kid! Now I am the fat women! I just want to lose it! I will be more happy if I do!

It is really hard to try to be healthy these days! With all the med doctors give you and with the way other treat you and say that you have to look like A not look like B even tho a lot of people look like B! Unless someone has had a lot of problems with weight then it is hard for them to understand and that is hard to be around at least I find!

I know how you feel lady It is so not easy to keep the weight off once you have lost it exercise helps though for the days when you know you have not done too well it gives you a way to fix it x

Weight Watcher really worked for my wife. 50lbs down since feb. she is looking to shed 40 more. Always been a struggle for her, its a life change, if you set your mind to it, you will succeed. She does the points system works for her. she has tried all the diets, grapefruit, carb, low card, southbeach, adtkins, low fat etc.. with the points she tracks everythign, but can eat a bigger variety..good luck

don't give up! You can do it! I have began my diet few days and be healthy! My goal is to lose 20-50 pounds! :) keep postive attention!
