Denial Is Your Worst EnemyI'm reading alot of people denying the fact that they are fat because of themselves. The number one motivation you can have is when you admit to yourself it is your fault and only you can make the change for a healthier, happier and longer life.
By the age of 18 I had reached 235 pounds, was a size 18 and was depressed. I would look in the mirror and cry and hate myself. I woke up one morning and promised myself I would loose weight and that only I could control what went in my mouth.
Now Im not much for exercise especially when I was at my worst so I chose to simply eat healthy and lose 90% of carbs from my diet. Within 4 months I had lost 45 pounds! I'm now 21 and have lost and kept off for 3 years 80 pounds and am enjoying life.
I have no sympathy for people who are over weight because they choose to over eat and fill their faces with junk. You only live once and you only get one body so look after it!
The truth can hurt but are man enough to face it?
