I Want To Lose Weight.

Im taking it in strides. Im cutting out all sodas and sicking with fresh fruit juices and tea. Ill also start running again. Maybe i see some results maybe i wont but heck its better that not trying at all .

The above are both good advice you can along with cutting out processed and fatty foods also use a slightly smaller plate,so your portions are smaller but your eyes think you've had platefull.
