Phase 2 Day 15 Update

This morning I really did not want to go and workout because I hate to workout when the sun comes up. I really like being at the gym very early when no one is there. However, I got dressed and I went to the gym. I am happy to report that I walked 3.5miles at 4mph and burnt 559 calories. I really pushed it by increasing my incline to 12. I sweat and I felt awesome.

For brunch I had 100g of shrimp with tomato sauce 3oz and 1oz of fresh parmesan cheese. It was delightful. I am full because I drank a lot of water before, during and after. My goal is to drink 12 - 8oz a day. So far my day is going well and I hope to continue it till night. Trying not cheat so I can see some results tomorrow on the scale.

Just found out that my parents would be visiting mid June so I would love to lose as much as I can. My mother just lost 25lbs and she can't wait to show off her new figure. I want to do the same also.
