    Hey, bearbaiting,

    I'm slowly losing weight and here are some of my suggestions that have worked on me. Cut out all junk food and all caffeine drinks. Trust me after a week you will noticed a difference in your body. Ever since I cut out soda I felt more energy.

    I know it's hard to cut out your cravings so this is what I do. Don't bring them in the house. If they're not around you will have no choice but to eat that apple in the fridge.

    Sounds good or you can do this, buy a piggy bank, give it to one of your boys or anyone who can be trusted with it and tell that person, you will put 50 to 100 dollars in it, every time you don't do that 20 min. walk or eat junk food. Make sure to inform your boys this. So if they catch you eating junk food they can tell you to put money in the bank. And you will not get that money back until you get to your ideal weight.

    Doing this will keep you motivated to lose weight and if losing 100 dollars is no big deal to you, up the ante to $200. I've done this with my brothers and it worked because I told myself "It is not worth losing money from a small bite of chips."

    Keep your body moving. When watching t.v don't sit down. Watch t.v by standing up and lifting light dumbbells, move your legs side to side. Walk briskly when walking anywhere, whether it be the bathroom or the kitchen.

    Exercise my friend. Sweat is good for you and make sure to drink lots of water.

    I hope that my suggestions are good enough.
