Day 38 - 173.2lbs

Not a bad start this morning. I had tea for breakfast and in a few minutes I will have me 1/2 an apple with water. I really want to be in the 160's by the 16th of June. That would be great but I would have to exercise discipline this weekend and I plan to do just that.

I am truly not going to give up on my goal of 145lbs. I will be at it till I get there but I do know if I look great and feel great before I reach that weight goal, I will just maintain. As of now, that is my goal and I am working towards it.

The journey continues....
