How I Lost Weight And You Can Too :)

Hello Everybody,

I wanted to share my story and let you all know that there is a healthy, safe and sure way to lose weight and keep it off so you don't have to worry about it any longer.

I'm Audrey, I starting gaining weight when I was pregnant with my 1st child. I was 155 lbs when I got pregnant and I gain about 50-60 lbs with him and that put me over 200lbs and I'm only 5' 5". Doctors always told me that I should only gain no more then 20-30 lbs while being pregnant. But I LOVED it and I didn't care what they said as long as my baby was happy and healthy. He was born in 9/2010 and I thought that since my sisters baby weight just fell off that it would for me too since we had the same genes and all. My sister had always been really thin and I was the younger sister that was chubby though out our lives. Of course the weight didn't just fall off like it did for her so I had to work at it a bit.

I didn't start doing something until August of 2011. My best friend actually got me into losing weight since she lost 30 lbs and when your best friends starts looking good of course you want that too. So, I asked her what she did to do that and she told me about a Weight Loss Challenge. I knew that I needed something like that to get me motivated to where i needed to show up at a certain location at a certain time to be weighted in and be accountable for my actions the previous week. I loved the classes because it wasn't like Jenny Craig or WW. This class was fun and actually taught me things that I needed to know to change my life by making better choices and understand the ones that I was making, were not good for me. Something that I could actually understand and apply to my everyday life. They taught us how to make a "life style change" instead of just doing a D.I.E.T. (Did I just Eat That?!?).

I went on to losing 30 lbs in 4 1/2 months (2 weight loss challenges) and no exercise either. Took 2nd place in the weight loss challenge and won $92 which helped me enter into the second WLC. I have now maintained a wight of 140 lbs for 8 months now and haven't been happier and I am actually back to my high school weight which i never thought that I would be able to do.

Since then, I decided to became a personal wellness coach and help others that are SERIOUS and not curious about losing weight, gaining weight (yes there are people out there that can't gain weight :O) ), becoming fit & also helping with health goals as well.

To tell you more about my story and a little bit of a background of my drive to help others. My father was a big part of my life and had always had bad health problems. My whole life I can remember how he was always over weight and never took good care of himself. On August 26th, 2009, my father had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital and had to get a triple bypass with a valve replacement. Now, after his surgery, he was grateful that God would give him a second change at life. (he got so bad before his heart attack that he got to the point that he didn't care to live any longer. That was one of the hardest things to every hear my father say out loud).

The second chance lasted about 6 months and then he didn't understand why he was going back to his "normal" self again. He sat us down as a family to talk about it and explain to us how he didn't know what else to do and how he didn't understand. (This was on Sunday August 21st 2011. Not even 7 days later, I lost my father on Friday morning, August 26th 2011. Exactly 2 years from his heart attack. So, with his personal experience at hand with watch a parent laterally let go of his life, makes my drive for helping others so passionate. I will help you ONLY if you are SERIOUS about helping your self. No excuses and keep in mind that God only gave you one life to live and you MUST take control of your life in order to be with the ones that you love.

To close my story I want you all to know that I am a Herbalife Independent Distributor which means that I used these AMAZING products to help me get healthy and I will never NOT use them for they keep me healthy and living a life that I love. Also know, you do NOT have to use these products to be the person that you want to be but if you want fast food for simple people, and simple food for fast people this is surly the way to go. I wouldn't know where I would be without this wonderful opportunity to change my life the way that I did. That is why i became a distributor, is because I fell in love with this AMAZING company and all the people involved and all the lives that we have changed.
