    I started AGAIN 3 weeks ago but have lost 8lbs so going pretty well. Write me if you need support. I've come up w/a few strategies this time but I still have the days well you feel sick and angry cuz you can't eat what you're use to.

    WHAT WORKS FOR ME IS TRYING TO EAT LESS OUTSIDE FOOD AND EAT MORE AT HOME. IF U CAN'T CUT OUT SWEETS LIMIT THEM.

    I have found that the size of the portions is what you have to shrink a little at a time. and exersize.

      I agree. The exercise I struggle with due to arthritis but cutting the portions has helped me a lot. I have lost 14 lbs in the past month or so. Drinking a lot of water helps a lot too.
