Yeah I'm Young. But This Is A Health Thing More Then Anything.
I have a lot of health problems. And while I'm not overweight, I want to lose a bit more to lessen the strain on my body. My goal is 115, without losing my muscle mass, I am currently fluctuating around 123, I was around 138 around the beginning of last year but I think I lost muscle cause while I am getting out more and eating less, I am getting weaker. I can't tell if thats my health getting worse or what, but I think just losing that bit of extra weight will help. It isn't really even the weight. Just the fat. I think this calculator said based on my weight and fat percentage I have 34 pounds of fat. I am starting to get a bit healthier cause I suddenly switched to less processed foods and I am getting back on all my medications but I'm also eating more so I guess I need exersize tips of things that won't really like put too much strain on me.
