I Want to Lose Weight
Hello there, the names Brianna. Im fifteen years old (almost 16 in October) and I'm just sick of my body. And I'm sick of my unhealthy lifestyle. See, Im homeschooled... and due to the fact that I'm home all day I get tempted to eat whenever I'm bored. And that's a lot. For the last month my eating habits have been horrible. Ill eat about 9 cookies a day, sometimes thats all Ill eat. We eat fast food almost every night, and just horrible eating habbits. My moms fat, by my sister isnt, she has a great figure. Ive always been the fat child.
I want to be skinny, but I dont know where to start. Im absoluelty clueless when it comes to dieting and exercises. I need help! And I need a buddy to motivate me, I mean I've tried exercising everyday but after the first day... I just get unmotivated. And quit. Im sick of being the 'fat friend' I want to be more confident, and just more healthier.
Im 5'8 - 5'10. (Somewhere in between there)
I weigh 156. (Some would debate thats a healthy weight but I disagree. I have HUGE love handles (cant wear any shirts without looking/feeling like crap) Huge thighs, Fat legs, and a chubby stomach.
I want to weight 120 - 130. Though that might be to low. Ill be happy with 135.
I just want to look my best and be skinny. Since Im so tall when Im next to my friends I look like a huge monster. I want to lose the weight by Decemeber (when ill probably get a lot new clothes because of christmas) But I understand if thats too much to soon.
So anybody whose going through the same thing I am, anybody who can help me find healthier things to eat, and can encourage me... Id really apprectiate it. And no worries I can encourage you too!
