The Beginning...?

It's this damn job. Or at least that's what I'm gonna blame It on. I'm 17 and have a great paying job at a fast food restaurant. I say great paying because it is considering my age and everything. But now I'm 143 pounds and I don't like this. I'd like to lose twenty pounds and I'd feel comfortable. I'm 5'4" (and a half). So today I've started eating healthier. I know this can't be just a diet and I should work to make it permanent. That's what all the sites say. And I'm really trying. The hardest thing for me will be not taking naps and finding time to exercise and ways to exercise. Some nights I don't get enough rest and ive been so stressed about college. And of course there's that question of "what if I just end up broke and unsuccessful".... But yes I need to get a grip on everything. If there are Any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.
