I Need to Lose the Flab

You've heard about the freshman fifteen, right?  Well, I gained about 15 lbs per year, with a total of 60 total lbs.  I need to lose like 20lbs by July 31.  I used to exercise alot in high school, but I had no need to do it anymore.  So, I need support!

First things is get a Polar/Fitbit, some type of watch to track your heart rate. Get rid of temptations at home! Prep your meals for the week, so you don't end up eating out. I like recipes from Fitmen cook, even though I am not a men the recipes are pretty good. You have to cut out things like pop, white bread, and fast food/eating out. Try watching workout videos online to help you or join classes at the gym. If you swim, it can be a great way to workout! Find something that gets you moving and have fun.

I highly suggest that you do the body by vi challenge! My family and I did this challenge and it changed our lives! Total we lost 167 pounds and I personally lost 43 pounds! I love this stuff so much that I became a distributor so I can help others and their needs! Go to my site<br />

hey im with ya .. if u set ur mind to it u will achieve it so by just biking u managed to stay a size 0... that is so cool

Right there with ya, so good luck. I don't know how to get mine off. I used to exercise A LOT, I was 30 yrs old in a size 0 after three kids. The key is to raise your metabolism. If you could bike right as much as you could, the weight would fall off. I did that, like 20 miles a day and mine melted off before my eyes. Maybe that is extreme. I can't do that now,as I have MS. But hope you lose it and hope my advice helps.
