Hey Mrsfronek... well first congrats on making the decision of getting fit... 100 pounds is a lot and you will definitely need dedication but as I say when you want it, you can definitely do it! Here's a few tips that I learned in my "I want to lose weight journey" :) no matter how much you work out if you don't eat properly.. well you will probably maintain yourself and not lose weight. So try to change your eating habits... do it slowly.. My first attempt I did it drastically and it was tough!! then a week after I did certain moderations etc... anyhow I don't want to write a book report here heeheh... I 'll be more than happy to help :) email me if you want ! vwasserman55@gmail.com and trust just the fact that you made the decision of changing yourself is a big step!!!
