So. I joined the army at 130 lbs. and my height is 5'8". I gained 25 lbs in basic thanks to all the physical training. That put me at 155 lbs which worked for me because I didn't look heavier just more muscles. Then I got injured during a training exercise that left me unable to do more than walk really slow for several months. now I've had my second child in 20 months and I weigh 200. And I look it. The "natural" eat right and exercise jazz isn't working and I'm almost desperate to lose some weight. Anybody have some suggestions?
