Im Gaining Weight And Need To Lose It!i've been lazy for the past months, guess its due to some depression happened to me. i stop working out and the only thing i wanted to do that time was to eat and sleep.now, im starting to feel something's wrong with my body, the biceps, triceps and other muscles were turning to a fatty sh*t, my tummy is starting to show off worst is, my pants, my shirts were no longer fit on me. i dont know how to start to get my old body shape, my body is no longer like before. its a shame that ive worked hard on it for a long time and then after few months it will became fats just because of my unreasonable actions.
by any chance, is there a faster way for me to lose it? or any suggestions for dietary foods?thanks
