I Am Disappointed!! :(

I have struggled of losing weight since I was like 13 or 14!! I always was a big girl and I probably always will be!! I get made fun of a lot by my weight by my family!! It is just really hard to stay at a constant weight!! I lose some then I always gain it back!! It is really hard to lose weight when you have to control what you eat and stay fit by exercising!! I don't like to exercise!! It would be better if I was doing it with a friend instead of by myself!! It would make it fun!! As of right now I weight 235lbs!! I wish I could get out of the 200s!! And what made me gain so many pounds is because of my medication that I took but now I don't take it anymore so maybe I have a chance!! I just need some help!! I just hate how people judge you on how you look when it matters what is on the inside!! My weight is what makes me insecure because my fat hangs out!! And when I lose weight it makes me feel good!! I have these Signature By Levi blue jeans and when I first got them I didn't want to wear them because they were too tight!! So I waited a couple of days and decided to wear them and they weren't tight at all!! I know I am losing weight just a little at a time but then I gain it all back and have to work to lose it all off again!! I hate it when that happens!! So I am trying!! And I know that in the past I used to eat a lot but now I don't really eat as much because I suppose I become fuller or something like that!!

If anyone has any tips to share for losing weight please tell me!! Thanks!!

10 Fast Weight Lost Diets Tips
1. Replace Sports Drinks after Exercise – Drink“electrolyte” water to receive the same benefits you would from a sugary sports drink—without the added sugar.

Be strong. Practice self-control and discipline. I know it is very hard :( I once was 220 pounds and decided to start dieting and exercising. I ran/walked on the treadmill for 6 months and lost 60 pounds. I would keep a journal to log my workout sessions and that helped a lot with keeping me from slacking. Even once I stopped working out I kept losing weight because it heightened my metabolism. 6 months seems like a long time but time only moves forward. Believe in yourself that you're strong. Only you can make the change. You only live once, go for it!
