I Am Starving Myself

i dont eat breakfast, or dinner. only a small lunch....if water and juice counts as lunch. do i need help? why am i not losing the weight? people say im a good weight. im tall, 5'7. and i weigh 150-160. is that good or bad?

Also, not loosing weight can be caused by not eating. Messed up, right?

Its true you lose more weight by eating and if eating bothers you for some odd reason try salads or health shakes that way you don't have to eat alot, your body becomes healthier, and you can lose weight especially if you exercise

EAT!! you casn actually loose some weight by eating but you need to eat now or youll be dead within a month. Sorry it's harsh but it is the truth. When starved your body absorbs all the fat and chemicals from food so eat a good sized breakfast a fair dinner and a good tea not just drinks. Still drink though. Also have some snacks during the day time but dont over do it. By ovwer do it I mean dont have loads of stuff like a massive dinner or anything. A piece of fruit would be an ideal snack.
