I Feel Stuck

I'm probably not obese, maybe about 14 pounds overweight. But its enough to put a stop to doing things I like. I will avoid social events in case someone takes photos, my biggest hate is getting my picture taken. I feel fatter than ever, although I've tortured myself with diets for the past 5 or 6 years. I keep thinking it'll be my only way of losing weight and after a day or two I'm bored and lose heart. I hate feeling like this. l also drink about 3 bottles is wine a week which makes me pig out even more. In love chocolate and takeaways. The worst thing is I know what its like to lose weight and control what I eat but easily lose sight especially when I don't see results quick enough and revert back to old nasty habits. I really want to change.

Let me tell you something..... Work out. If you swim for an hour, you burn a **** ton of calories and can even eat more than you usually do. Track your calories. If you have a smartphone or tablet, get the free app called myfitnesspal, i use it & it helped me lose (since I started using It) 16 pounds. & it also helps cuz you see how bad the foods you eat are. For instance, I used to eat jojos at lunch & those are like 900calories! Now i never eat them. Good luck, I'm kind stuck too
