People Yell At Me.

Yes.. im curvy...
Im not very toned.. or havent been.. . Well .. lets reword that.. Im EXTREMELY muscular. due to sports.. and farming... and just bc im a badass that doesnt let men pick heavy things up for me... So im muscular.. but im not toned/tightened up. 
and im not fat at all. Just.. not skinny or completely fit in society's eye. 

So.. for the past month ive been working on all this... my goal is / was about 25 pounds less than what i was stabalized at.. Currently i am about fifteen from that goal. Ive lost a solid ten pounds but.. i fluctuate that 15... (i hate how girls fluctuate so easily.. or maybe its everyone.. but still.. ANNOYING)

Anyway... I just wanna tone up. Ive been doing this... aerobic yoga workout and its awesome. As well as a calorie regimen.

With this breakup im prolly gonna lose the rest of it just because im so freaking emotional that im not even hungry... Which isnt good. But... If it does happen ill attempt to stabilize that and tone it up.. because i cant really do that workout in the livign room with everyone around... Sinc ei had to move... I no longer get the tv to myself every night to use to work out :( ugh. Calorie regimen it is... and walking... *Thinking* - yes.. i really need to go take a walk- ...

The cool thing is that i am small enough that losing even a set 10 pounds is noticeable so i get the encouragement i need to continue. Im already more content with things... but im still not to my goal... I cant wait.

I have read that girls tone up more if they lift heavier weight. Females cannot really pack on the muscle. So start doing some strength training.

<p>if you want to tone up i suggest you do lunges and squats.. you should get yourself some cattle bells and you can go for a walk and do the exercises at the park.. you dont need to be at home.. for a girl its so much easier to tone up as youre not trying to bulk up and grow your muscles the way guys do.. if youre interested let me know and i can let you know exactly what to do with the cattle bells and you will look toned and ripped so easily.. and as for a diet.. its exessive what the person below wrote.. thats for someone thats obese.. and even so just reading what they wrote people that do all that are destined to fail.. they obviously just copied and pasted and dont have a clue.. you dont need a diet.. just a small lifestyle change.. if you want to take some suppliments i suggest get glutamine, carnitine, BCAA and gabba.. i train at the gym 6 days a week and over 2 hours each time.. if you are serious and want more information contact me.. i wont tell you what someone else wrote online.. but i will tell you what ive tried and what has worked..</p>

haha thats really good.. yeah i thought that might be the case.. a lot of people cant go to gyms for all different reasons.. thats why i suggest you get yourself some cattle bells.. they are not expensive and you dont need to get a lot of them.. buy one and when you get used to the weight you buy another one.. have a look on ebay and see how much they are.. yeah suppliments are so expensive.. i only take them cause i get mine for free from friends.. otherwise i wouldnt get them.. lol im glad you didnt listen.. thats not a weight loss program.. its just telling you to starve yourself..
