Hello, Starting My Journey To Lose Some Weight And Get More Toned

Hello everyone,
I would just like to say first off thank you for reading my story and i hope you will reply with some good ideas for me i would really appreciate it.

I am 22 years old i am not over weight but i do have some extra chub. I am 5'2 and 130 pounds. I want to work out for many reasons one to lose my extra chub but my main reason is to be more healthy and more energetic. I have started to try and change my diet any input would be great.

Breakfast- Oatmeal with frozen berries on it and a green tea
Lunch- Rice cake,granola and yogurt and usually chicken and veggetables or some kind of vegetable
Supper- 2 kinds of vegetables( maybe squash and beans or others) and meat, beef or chicken

I do not overly have snacks but i usually do not eat my lunch all at once so i snack on it before and after lunch. I also try to drink as much water as i can during the day.

I was working out before christmas break happened :P, I have just started working out again on Monday. I am going to try to go every day except saturdays and sundays.

Any input on what more i could do or what i shouldn't be doing would be awesome.
