Hello everyone,
Thank you for reading my post

I am trying to start getting a little thinner and more energetic
i am 22 i am 5'2 and 130 pounds, I have a little extra chub that i want to get rid of and want to be able to run around and do things without getting tired quickly.

I am trying to get the the gym everyday of the week except sat and sunday.
I do not know how many calories i should be burning but so far i have been burning 200- 300 each time i go.

This is roughly what ive been eating trying to eat better:

Breakfast- oatmeal with fruit and green tea
Lunch- rice cake, granola and yougurt and vegetables and maybe chicken
Supper- 2 kinds of veggies (squash and beans), meat beef or chicken.

I don't usually snack but i eat my lunch spreadout from after lunch till supper usually.

Any Feedback would be great.
Thank You

Although losing weight can be hard, I sometimes encourage myself just keep doing it, because I know by losing weight I could have more confidence in me, I could wear dresses in summer, I could wear beautiful colthes in winter, I could hang out with my best friends, but most importantly, I could enjoy every moment of my life. I wish you lost your weight successfully and achieve your goal. I believe in you!
