Made It To 5 Lbs

i lost 5 lbs already. and no, i'm not going to celebrate by having a big mac. i'm sticking to my diet and eating right. i eat lots of vegtables and a few beans. i stay away from breads, pasta and rice. especially sweets and no fried foods either. it's hard but i already feel better. my pants are already loose and my shirts are fitting better.
