Any Women 5'4-5'5 And 105-110 Lbs

What is your diet like and exercise program (or are you just genetically blessed)? I am 5'4 3/4 and my weight ranges from 117 to 120 and sometimes even 115-116. I want to be tiny :). I have a curvy athletic figure from my workout routine. I'd be ecstatic if my weight drops below 110. Tiny ladies, how did you do it?

I basically just drink a crap load of coffee and eat one healthy 400 calorie meal , 4-5 six snacks a day.Drink lots of water, no soda. Fresh juice that you juice yourself. Go to the gym do empty stomach cardio. Protein drinks after works outs. Oh and while you are watching TV for an hour or so stand on the tips of your toes during commercials it will help you burn an extra 50 calories a day. That is what I do but I have kinda a small fr<x>ame I wish I had more of an athletic fr<x>ame. Stay yourself .You are beautiful the way you are .

f you wwant a more athletic look, you need to lift weights. Make sure to lif rregularly and lift heavy. Being female you won't bulk up all that much. However, the heavy weight lifting will tone your body.

Weight is a terrible thing to measure your health on. Try body fat percentage. Because that will give you a better idea of what you have to lose. At your current weight you are perfectly healthy.
