I Need Help!

Hi! My name is Jessica. I'm 22 and weigh 246lbs. I hate being this big and have recently started changing my eating habits. My boyfriend is also extremely obese and I am trying to get him to lose weight with me. We get into this mood where we eat really healthy and lose some weight but then 2 weeks later we go back to eating unhealthy. I need someone to push me to better myself and it seems like he isn't. We are wanting to have a child in the near future but I want to be at a healthy weight before we even start trying.

You can't expect to change all your habits overnight, you have to set attainable goals, hit them then make new goals. Some things that I know could help you lose some weight and feel better would be using a product called The Regulars. Its an all natural whole food supplement that will help gently clean your colon out. Most people can have 11 meals sitting in them...all those toxin in your body is no good...besides that it is a lot of weight as well. This is just one product that will completely help you start your way to a healthier life. Check this link out that will give you the info on this product including ingredients, what it does, and how to use it. I've seen people lose 10-15 pounds easily just by getting the toxins and waste out of their colon. This also promotes a health liver and gallbladder as well.

This could just be your first step into losing your weight. I would love to have an opportunity to talk to you and help you through this journey. I was a personal trainer and know a lot about diet and nutrition as well. This line of products are amazing! It will take time though. Our goals are to lose weight in a healthy manner that will be sustainable. Ideally 8-10 lbs a month is a healthy weight that is obtainable and doing in a way that makes it stay off. You've probably seen people who get on some fad diet lose a lot of weight really fast, then boom gain it right back....that's not what we're trying to do here.

I would be willing to work with you and get you on a program that will show results. I've helped many friends and clients lose 30+ lbs in 3 months.

My contact info is on there if you would like to talk to me further about this....I'm sure it took you a while to gain all of your weight, you can't expect it to disappear overnight, but with realistic goals and getting your body in an alkaline state, detoxed, and with proper nutrition I'm positive we can make huge improvements on your physical and mental health as well.

I hope to hear from you soon.....good luck

I applaud you for trying to lose weight. It is not an easy task. If you ever need help please let me know. I can offer some advice but can also just be someone to vent to

Hi id like to help u when will u be online?

I'm the exact same way, and I hate it. I loose ten pounds and then think, 'hey, I deserve some sugar' and then over eat it. I love walking, but with it being so cold, and having a baby, I can't walk everyday. But I keep myself busy and focused on doing other things so I wont want to eat all the time. Like, today, I cleaned my parents house. Just to keep out of the fridge. Lol.

Hello Jessica, I know a solution for you guys. You can loose 5kgs in just 9 days without loads of work involved. Contact me for more details.
