I binge. I'll eat whatever meal it is. and then I'll go and eat some pretzel sticks, a big soft pretzel and cheese, and bagel and cream cheese, a bowl of cereal...I crave carbs. I exercise, and nothing happens. I feel fat and ugly. I'm 200 pounds. I feel gross. I'm going to try weight watchers.

If you cut out ALL carbs and work out you will drop a lot of weight.

If you're into carbs, L.A. Weight Loss has this whole "carb cravers" thing. You should check it out! It's worked for me. :)

Not that I know anything about your life, but it strikes me that you've probably got some pretty major things going on inside - and that the weight is just a reflection of the binge eating, which is really just a reflection of what's troubling you deep down. <br />

That said, doing regular, challenging exercise is a superb way of gaining the confidence to deal with that underlying stuff AND moving a step towards a healthier life!
