Not Like the Others...

I don't much feel that I need to lose weight to be accepted. I'm going towards the health reasons. I actually had to convince myself that I am "ugly" at this weight in order to try and lose some. It's too tough on my muscles, mainly my back.

One of these days I'll get around to it.

Hi there

You dont need to even exercise at all, its just awsome, it works out so much cheaper then a meal so u are saving money and losing weight :) Herbalife helped me!!! now i want to help you :) No one is ugly, everyone is beautiful in their own special way, keep your head up, join Herbalife and see a difference in your body..

I think the best way to go about is to incorporate it into your identity. I'm a massive procrastinator and have always been a skinny sort of person, but when I looked in the mirror the other day and discovered I had become overweight, not even all my procrastination skills could stop me!
In practical terms it boils down to looking at onesself in the mirror and saying... that's not me! I'm a person whose weight does not put my health at risk.
Or, something like that. :D
