Losing Weight

I desperately need to lose weight.  Last fall, I dropped about 30 lbs.  This spring I put about 1/2 of it back on.  It really affects me more emotionally than physically.  I am on weight watchers which does work for me -- If I work the program.  So I just switched to doing "core" which is one of thier two programs in an effort to kick start my weight loss.  I have a signifigant amount to lose!  I feel like I use it as a barrier to hold me back.  I use it as an excuse!
