Hooray For Weight Watchers

In trying to lose weight for my upcoming wedding, I have done every diet imaginable.

Here's what I learned - FAT SMASH is great if you have the discipline but I hit a wall after losing 6 pounds (cause i'm not a horrible eatter or have 0 exercise in my life) and no matter how closely i followed the diet or how much more cardio i did, i did not - could not - lose another pound.

But, I started Weight Watchers (online, no meetings) about a month ago and have steadily lost between 1.5 - 2 pounds every week.

I have no idea why this is working better, i'm actually exercising less and eatting some not so healthy things from time to time, but it's working!

So if anyone out there was thinking about FAT SMASH or WEIGHT WATCHERS i would have to say the results have everything to do with what your eating and exercising habits are BEFORE you start a program.

Anyhow,  Weight Watchers gets a big *thumbs up* from me.
