I Feel Terrible.

I want to lose weight, my husband says I look fine, but, I know I don't. I keep telling myself that today is the day, but, I never actually do anything. I'm so lazy these days and I really feel like a loser. I know how to lose weight, I am very good at dieting, I just can't seem to make any lasting lifestyle changes. I don't believe in fad diets or herbal remedies, just good old fashioned eating less and exercising more. Maybe joining this site and being able to type out what I'm feeling may do the trick. I'll keep y'all posted.
