Can't Shift It

I'm struggling with weight at the moment. I'm not grossly overweight, but I could stand to lose a few pounds. The problem is finding a way to do it that is healthy, consistent and which will work in the long run. I've found that staying busy and keeping distracted both stops me from binge eating and makes sure I get some exercise. I hate exercise. It has to happen 'by accident' for me

I have a yo-yo kilo at the moment. It goes away, then comes back.

Maybe this is the weight I'm supposed to be? I don't know, and don't really care too much.

Lost 60 pounds?! Congratulations! Sounds like you've already made a lot of the choices that will get you the rest of the way.
I'm lucky enough to be where CM is -- it's not even my weight I worry about so much as wishing I could move an inch or two at my waist up to my shoulders/chest...

Well I have lost 60 lb of the 80 lb. There is going to be a big push this summer to get the rest off. This winter I have been in maintenance mode. I don't really like working out inside, so an hour is about all I could deal with. I have stayed within a few pounds of my December 1st. weight and I am very happy with that. Now that it will be getting warmer out side I can have some fun and see the results.

:( Aw Loopnscc. Thanks for the advice. It sounds pretty good to me. I think I'll just stop worrying about it and try to consistently make healthy choices.
I won't let myself pass up the opportunity to do fun active things.
And good luck to you losing your 80lbs. It sounds like a difficult thing to do, but with an attitude like that, I'm sure that you'll get there.
I would say since you don't have a lot of weight to loose, stick to a health lifestyle and you will get to the point you want to be. Take the little thing you know are bad for you out a little bit at a time and adding the good things, like exersice in should be a lot easier then having to loose 80 lb like me.
