4 Kids Later...

I had my baby girl last December and I just am hating how I look.

With her I had my first C-Section and now not only do I have the weight but my first scar. To make matters worse my husband even hates my stomach which has compounded the issue.

I have cut out soda, sugars and some carbs ( I love bread its hard). I have increased my families vegetable intake and we never eat out anymore and yet even with these changes I have not lost a pound.

I exercises to a video in the morning and bought resistant bands and have just started those. I need a support group and strategies please.....

ONE THING IVE HERD BEFORE IS THAT YOU NEED CARBS EVEN THOUGH YOU HERE THAT YOU SHOULDNT EAT THEM..I KNOW ITS WEIRD TO THINK EATING CARBS IS GONNA HELP,I EAT WHOLE WHEAT OR WHOLE GRAIN PASTA AND BREAD..DONT STARVE YOURSELF EITHER.I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL,I HAVE 2 BOYS AND I HATE HOW I LOOK AS WELL I HAVE STRETCH MARKS AND I WONT EVEN GET NAKED WHILE BEING INTAMENT...I HOPE WE REACH OUR GOALS..I NOTICE AS WELL IF I FOCAS ON BEING HEALTHY AND NOT ON BEING FAT AND NOT ON FOOD IT HELPS.TRY TO EAT JUST EATING AN APPLE OR SALAD WITH EVERY MEAL AND THAT CAN HELP...YOU DONT NEED TO TAKE MY ADVISE IM JUST SAYING WHATS HELPED ME.
