LOSING Weight Since December

I AM 5'8 AND 160.MY HIGHEST WEIGHT WAS 175.MY LOWEST WAS 138,THAT WAS BEFOR I HAD MY 2 BOYS...AFTER MY FIRST SON ,WHEN HE WAS ABOUT A YEAR OLD I LOST 20 LBS.AND WAS ABOUT 150,BUT HIT A PLATEAU AND ALMOST DEVELOPED AN ED.MY SELF-ESTEEM IS KINDA LOW RIGHT NOW.WELL NOW I KNOW IF I KEEP PUTTING MY SELF DOWN IM GONNA NOT BE A GOOD MOM AS MUCH AS I WANT TO BE...WELL I JUST WANNA BE THE BEST I CAN BE IN EVERYTHING I DO FOR MYSELF,HUSBAND AND KIDS.SO MY ULTAMENT GOAL IS 125-130...NOTHING LOWER BECAUSE IT WOULDNT BE HEALTHY FOR MY HEIGHT.I WANNA DO EVERYTHING SLOW BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THE WEIGHT IS MORE LIKELY TO STAY OFF.I WANNA DO EVERYTHING HEALTHY AS WELL...RIGHT NOW MY ENDURANCE LEVEL IS LOW SO WORKING OUT 20 MIN. 3-4 TIMES A WEEK IS WORKING FOR NOW...I WILL EVENTUALLY DO MORE.I ALSO LOVE GETTING TIPS FROM YOUTUBE...THERE ARE SOME INSPIRING STORIES.
